Celtic music and life was wonderful, i will tell you about it.
In Cornwall Celtic influences can be seen a lot, if you go to Tintagle it is full of Celtic patterns and in the shops their is a lot of stuff. They also have the Celtic cross which is very pretty.
Celtic music is one of the most enchanting styles of music, i actually got into it a couple of weeks ago from a program i watched and i kind of lord of the rings cuz the music in some ways is similar. Just thought you would like to know.

Hi fans of epicness and lord of the rings i will tell you some great news just because i want to, the next hobbit film is coming out in December, i cant wait. I will tell you something cool....... umm i need to think of it first umm. Aha i got it, did you know that Thorin Oakenshield's sword came from the great city of Gondolin from the book The children of Hurin! Also did you know that Frodo's farther died because he drowned in the brandywine river! Poor Frodo! I will keep updating with more facts!

West dean
Help give me ideas on what to blog about. I have no clue!!! I want to do my Garden but my clematis had died and i do not want to remind me of it. Waaaa. It was my first plant in my garden ever and i am really sad, it was so pretty (I know its just a plant but it was so nice and i did paintings of it for my primary school teachers) I am going to buy a new one at West dean. Yes i can write about my trip to West dean on Monday cuz i am going on Sunday. So come back on Tuesday to find out about my cool trip. They have an event on called Fusion, me and Lydia are going together and are doing a drawing thing hopefully if we can book in time! I will tell you about a funny thing from the last time i went there with Lydia (i do lodes with her). What happened was Lydia had biscuits and we were on the bridge as you go into the gardens (just to tell you if you have been their before). Any way she asked me to get them out of her rucksack. I did, i gave them to her and she put them on the bridge wall. She asked me to do up her bag. When i had done that i went to get the biscuits of the wall... they had fallen into the river! We chased the packet down the river until Lydia ran ahead. She climbed onto the fence and reached down to get them. The biscuits were mostly ok, but a few were soaking wet! We eat them any way (the dry ones). Hope you liked that amusing story about the run away biscuits. :)
Hello i promised you a little talk on my west dean visit, it was very fun i did 3 events, drawing which included point perspectives and drawing basic people, i also did Chinese brush painting which was really hard Lydia was so good at i was not but is was a good experience and i found out new ways of painting, the last activity i did was exotic bloom rings, this was making cool rings out of a plastic that you could cut out and bend in hot water. It was really fun. I was so glad i went and enjoyed my self. I did not manage to buy a clematis flower so i will look in a garden centre.
I will do a post with lots of pics on Monday! Yey!

The lake district
I have nothing else to talk about so i will tell you about my holiday in the lake district.
We went by train and arrived their at 11:30 (at night) and then the next morning we had to get up at 7 and we went on a 6 mile walk up a mountain! On top of the mountain there was a lovely lake were we spent an hour there and my dad found a sheep skull which my brother wanted to keep so i had to carry it because my rucksack had the elastic stuff on the back which you normally carry a coat on, i was not happy!
The next day we went on another 6 mile walk around a lake, we got a ferry back to were we started.
On the next day we went to a leisure pool with a wave machine. That was fun. Then we went to a mining museum, we looked around it and then we went on a little train, it had no windows and it was raining... you can guess the rest... the seats were soaking wet so we dried them with the swimming towels (it didn't really work). When we got to the end a man gave us a rock from the old quarry that was their and a talk on the quarry. That was interesting. We went back to my granny's house (were we were staying) and we played some board games.
The last day of our holiday we went up a hill (a small mountain) to see ospreys which is a type of bird of prey i think. That was fun and i found out that a nest is the size of a double bed. Then we went to a cool photo gallery called Rheged. Which was cool.
The holiday was good we had a mix of weather, on the weekend we had lovely weather with the sun shining, but for the rest it was cold and wet. It was still fun though. I could put loads more on it but i really can't be bothered. I have loads!

I have written a book called Arrow head, i wrote it for my English project. I was not meant to right the whole thing but cuz i am weird like that i did.
